Every session is shaped by you. I guide but never direct. You lead but never have to plan.

You’re invited to follow your body into accessible shapes, supported by props. Physical adjustments are consensual. The goal isn’t stretch, it’s somatic presence.

💬 Non-Directive Dialogue
If words arise, they’re welcome. If they don’t, that’s welcome too. Speaking is never required. You’re invited, not expected, to voice what you notice.

🕊️ Moment-to-Moment Awareness
Rather than moving toward a goal, we stay with what’s alive right now.
This is where patterns shift, not by effort, but by attention.

🔄 Closing Reflection
At the end, there’s gentle space to gather insights. What stood out? What’s moving?
