With over a 15 years of experience and a deep passion for holistic well-being, I am a dedicated Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist based in Fraser Valley, BC, Canada. My work goes far beyond the yoga mat, offering private yoga classes, yoga therapy sessions, and international teacher training certifications. I've had the privilege of teaching in diverse settings—from local yoga studios and community initiatives to global events like Wanderlust Yoga & Music Festival and the Vancouver Yoga Conference.
My journey reflects my belief that yoga is a powerful tool for personal transformation and collective well-being. Rooted in the art and science of yoga, my teaching integrates a deep understanding of personal autonomy, philosophy, and yoga therapy. It’s always my honour to guide individuals toward self-discovery and wellness, and I look forward to continuing this meaningful work with each new opportunity.
I would not be where I am today without the teaching of my own teachers, starting with my first training with Gloria Latham, to my Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy mentors (Soleil Hepner, Beth Triano, Amy Archinal and Michael Lee) and everyone in between both from formal training and the various teachers on my life's path, I am forever grateful to continue on this path of sharing a practice that has shaped my life.
