You know success doesn't have to look like everyone else's version of it.
In yoga, you've been told you need to master headstands and handstands, and meditate with a perfectly quiet mind to "advance" your practice or teaching.
In business, you've been told you need to use the same software, work the same hours, and hustle with the same effort to build something successful.
But here's what I know: constantly trying to fit into someone else's systems never leads to success. It leads to stress, overwhelm, and the constant need to "fix" things that still don't work.
I didn't start with a sustainable business or an embodied yoga practice.
I started like many high-capacity humans do: doing everything myself, pushing too hard, and treating both my body and business like things I had to control.
The turning point? When I was 28, I underwent surgery to remove a football-sized tumor from my abdomen. What was supposed to be simple became anything but: the tumor had wrapped itself through organs and around my aortic artery.
When the surgeons accidentally nicked that artery and my life hung in the balance, I realized how fragile and deeply intelligent the body really is. And of course, how short life is.
But I still hadn't learned the full lesson.
Even during my recovery period, I said yes to everything. I was traveling the world training yoga teachers while supporting entrepreneurs on the side, and from the outside it looked like a dream. Behind the scenes, I was exhausted and broke. I had no systems to support my body, my business, or my life.
That was when I realized: I couldn't keep building a career on passion alone.
I needed structure, capacity, and sustainability—or none of it would last.
Today, I run a business that's spacious and built around my real capacity.
I work with wellness entrepreneurs, founders, and teachers I care about, in containers that feel aligned, and with systems that support both me and my clients.
I'm no longer hustling for every dollar or holding everything together alone—my work actually sustains me, and I help others create the same stability and breathing room in their lives and businesses.
My approach isn't for everyone but if you're tired of holding everything together alone, you're in the right place.
Like they can bring their whole self to the table: the vision, the chaos, and the dreams. I'm not just here to organize your business or help uplevel your practice—I'm a sounding board and a steady partner in the process.
I believe the right systems don't just make things run smoother—they make life feel lighter.
At the heart of it?
But that's enough from me. Here's what clients have to say:
As a one-person business, it's always a little nerve-wracking to bring someone else on board—especially someone who might have their own way of doing things. That was my hesitation before I met Alison. But from our first conversation, we just clicked. She truly understood my vision and respected my way of doing things, while bringing in her own fantastic ideas, feedback and skills to the table. What I love most is that she doesn't just offer advice—she helps me execute it in a way that amazes me every time. So, if you're ready to scale up and you need a sidekick who really holds space for your unique vision, Alison is your person. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Alison is innovative, efficient, reliable, and a pleasure to work with! More importantly, if she saw something that looked off, or suggestions, she brought them forward (always nice to be working with someone who has your back).

Alison was integral in developing, executing and monitoring marketing and customer facing initiatives. Her dedication, emotional intelligence and drive were an inspiration.
