Experience trauma-informed, somatic yoga in Maple Ridge and Abbotsford. Alison’s in-person classes offer a steady, intuitive practice rooted in breath, presence, and body awareness, right here in the heart of the Fraser Valley.

🗓️ Mondays at 6:15 PM – Hatha
A balanced, breath-centered class focused on alignment, strength, and somatic awareness. Expect steady movement, time to pause and feel, and a deep emphasis on grounding through form and breath.

🗓️ Mondays at 7:30 PM – Yin
A quiet practice designed to gently release fascia, settle the nervous system, and invite deep inward listening. Long holds, supported shapes, and a meditative pace.



🗓️ Tuesdays at 10:30 AM – Hatha Yin
The best of both worlds, starting with strength-based Hatha shapes to energize and centre, then transitioning into Yin postures to unwind tension and reconnect with stillness.



🗓️ Wednesdays at 6:15 PM – Yin & Yoga Nidra
Start with deeply supported Yin shapes to settle the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation to soothe the nervous system and access deeper states of awareness and rest.




🗓️ Thursdays at 9:00 AM – Hatha
An intentional, grounding class that emphasizes breath, stability, and mindful alignment. Designed to build functional strength while inviting presence and ease.



🗓️ Fridays at 10:30 AM – Mom & Baby Postnatal (Outdoors)
A welcoming space for new mothers and their babies. Gently rebuild core strength, relieve postpartum tension, and connect with other moms, while holding space for the messiness and beauty of early motherhood.



🗓️ Sundays at 7:45 PM – Unwind Deep Stretch (Outdoors)
A weekly exhale. This class is all about the unwind, using deep stretches, breathwork, and supported rest to release the week and prepare the body and mind for deep, nourishing sleep.



🧘‍♀️ Drop-ins welcome. Pre-Registration for all classes is recommended. Note Outdoor classes are weather permitting. All yoga classes held in Maple Ridge, BC or Abbotsford, BC

🗓️ Thursdays at 11:00 AM – Somatic Embodiment Yoga
A slow, grounding class where somatic awareness meets traditional yoga. Through breath, movement, and stillness, you’ll gently explore the body’s cues, reconnect with inner wisdom, and support nervous system balance. This is a mindful, trauma-informed space to move with presence, soften effort, and feel from within.
