"I have had an incredible journey over the last few weeks at yoga teacher training in Bali. I have learnt so much about myself, about yoga and about life. I was blessed to have such amazing teachers and peers to be there with me along the way. I am so happy that I faced my own fears and challenges and graduated. I am officially now a qualified yoga teacher."
This isn’t about memorizing sequences or sounding like your favorite teacher.
It’s about building confidence, clarity, and a deeply personal relationship with the practice, so you can share it in a way that feels like you.
You’ll learn how to:
And you’ll do it all in a supportive, non-competitive space, surrounded by people who are here to grow, not prove.
I didn’t create a typical yoga teacher training, I built the one I wish had existed when I started.
Most programs focus on posture and performance. This one is different. It blends my training in yoga therapy and somatic work with the full foundations of a 200-hour certification, grounded in nervous system awareness, philosophy, and trauma-informed teaching.
We spend just as much time on inner awareness and practical philosophy as we do on alignment and sequencing. You’ll learn how to meet people where they are, including yourself.
This isn’t about getting it right.
It’s about showing up with presence, clarity, and care, and learning how to support others without disconnecting from yourself.
Most yoga teacher trainings end when the certificate is handed out.
You’re sent off with a manual, a head full of theory, and the vague hope you’ll figure it out on your own.
Not here.
Teaching, like practice, is something we grow into. That’s why your support continues for 3 months after graduation, with mentorship designed to help you land on your feet, build confidence, and integrate what you’ve learned in real life.
You’ll have access to:
Monthly mentorship calls for Q&A, continued learning, and connection
Resources to help you sequence, plan, and refine your teaching
Optional 1:1 support if you want personalized feedback
Guidance around the business of yoga, so your teaching is sustainable, not stressful
Because learning how to hold space for others starts with having someone hold it for you.

Before Alison, I was all about “push, push, push”, she taught me instead to “explore my edge” & really feel the benefits of slowing down which brought a totally new dimension to my practice. To “take what works & leave what doesn’t” is something that guides me everyday & every practice.
"Explore my edge."
