Whether you want to challenge yourself or just slow down, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are
upcoming events
This is a slower kind of experience. You’ll start with a 90-minute outdoor yoga practice that’s steady, grounding, and designed so you can move at your own pace. From there, you’ll head into the flower fields to walk, pick your own blooms, and create a bouquet to take home.
There’s no rush between parts of the day. You’ll have time to move, pause, and stay present. We’ll share a simple lunch on the farm, then close with a short guided meditation before you head out.
The timing lands right at the start of dahlia season, when the fields are beginning to fill with color.
What’s included:
• 90-minute yoga class
• U-pick flower experience + bouquet to take home
• Shared lunch on the farm
• Guided closing meditation
This is a good fit if you:
• want a break from your usual pace without committing to a full retreat
• prefer a yoga experience that feels grounded and flexible
• want to spend time outside and do something a little different
• are new to yoga or just getting back into it
What to expect:
Everything is guided, but nothing is forced. You can take breaks, modify movements, or sit things out at any point. The day is designed so you can participate in a way that actually feels good in your body.
Most people live at one end of the spectrum. Always pushing, always doing or trying to rest, but never fully resetting
This day is designed to help you experience both, in a way that actually lands in your body. You’ll move through strength-based practice, recovery through sauna and cold exposure, slower yin work, and guided rest.
Each part of the day builds on the last, so you’re not just switching between activities, you’re moving through a full cycle of effort, release, and integration.
What’s included:
• Dynamic yang practice (strength and heat)
• Sauna and cold plunge access
• Vegetarian Lunch
• Yin practice (slow, deep release)
• Yoga nidra (guided rest and integration)
This is a good fit if you:
• feel like you’re always “on” and don’t fully switch off
• want both movement and recovery, not just one or the other
• are looking for a reset that actually changes how you feel
• prefer a structured, guided experience rather than drop-in classes
What to expect:
You’ll be guided throughout the entire day, but you’re always in control of how you participate. You can adjust intensity, take breaks, or opt out of any portion as needed. The structure is there to support you, not push you past your limits.
