Why I Do This Work

I’ve never been driven by being “the face” of a brand. What lights me up is helping other people, especially heart-led leaders, find clarity, structure, and a sense of groundedness in what they do.

That shows up in two core ways:

• Through my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, where I guide students to let go of perfectionism, embody their values, and become confident, ethical teachers.
• And through strategic operations consulting, where I help CEOs and founders build sustainable systems that support their work without burning them out.

Both paths are different but the foundation is the same:

Creating space to breathe. Systems that serve. And work that aligns with your nervous system, not against it.

I’ve led teams, coached high-performing founders, built systems for multi-million dollar companies, and held space in medical emergencies abroad. All of that experience informs the way I teach not just asana and anatomy, but real-life tools for holding space, leading with integrity, and running a business that feels human.

In my Yoga Alliance Certified 200-hour yoga teacher training program, I don’t just teach poses and cues.

We dive deep into:

• Letting go of perfectionism including the myth of needing to be “ready” or “good enough” to teach
